The idea, in simple terms

To see whether anything has changed, simply notice what you perceive before and what you perceive afterwards.

When you think about something that bothers you, that thought may be accompanied by a feeling.

Before you begin, we simply ask you to notice it.

Then, for 60 seconds, keep thinking about the same thing while following a visual stimulus with your eyes and listening to an auditory stimulus.

When it ends, think about the same thing again and ask yourself one very simple question:

Does it feel the same as before?

Let your own experience give you the answer.

Whatever you perceive, simply observe it for what it is.

If the feeling stayed the same, that is what you observed.

If you perceive a difference, you observed a difference.

This is where AGAI begins.
